Are the rulings of Nifas similar to those of Hayd?

The rulings regarding Nifas are similar to the rulings of impurity from Hayd.

If Nifas blood is present, it is forbidden for the woman to pray, fast, perform Tawaf, touch the Mushaf (Quran), stay in the mosque, or engage in intercourse with her husband (see detail in the question on what is prohibited/exempted during Hayd, as well as the rulings covered in the other questions).
