Email us

Common questions
How do I restore a subscription I already paid for?
Open Nisaa, go to Profile, and tap Restore Purchases. Subscriptions are tied to the Apple ID that bought them, so make sure the iPhone is signed in to that same Apple ID. If it still does not appear, email us the Apple receipt and we will sort it.
How do I cancel Nisaa Pro?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Nisaa, then Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
In the app, go to Profile and choose Delete Account. This removes your cycle history, fasting log and account record. It cannot be undone, and it is not the same as deleting the app from your phone.
I am not getting ghusl or prayer reminders.
Check iPhone Settings, then Notifications, then Nisaa, and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Also check that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not filtering them. Reminders are a Nisaa Pro feature, so confirm your subscription is active.
Can I bring my history over from another app?
Yes. During setup you can import from Apple Health and from a number of other cycle apps so predictions do not start from scratch. Apple Health access is opt-in and read only. Nisaa never writes to it.
My predictions look wrong.
Predictions improve with logged history, and they lean on your own pattern rather than a standard 28-day cycle. If you have logged several cycles and they are still off, email us with rough dates and we will look at it directly.
When is Android coming?
It is in development. There is no date we are willing to promise yet. Mail us and we will tell you when there is one.
I disagree with a ruling in the app.
Please tell us. Include the screen, the madhab you have selected and the position you expected. Rulings are drawn from classical sources and we would rather correct a mistake than defend one.
Reporting something urgent
If you have found a security problem or a bug that exposes someone else’s data, mail hello@getnisaa.com with “security” in the subject line and we will prioritise it above everything else.
